DELIVERY INFO

All of our turf is cut fresh to order and sent on an overnight courier for your delivery the next. Next day delivery is available if the order is placed before 1 pm Monday to Thursday and before 12pm on a Friday. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Sunday or Monday. All our Saturday deliveries will be sent on a standard delivery slot. For deliveries in the week If you would like an AM/PM delivery please high light your choice when placing your order. 

AM deliveries are made between 9-1.

PM deliveries are made between 1-6.

All standard deliveries are made between 9-6.

All of our products are delivered nationwide via the pallex distribution network. The vehicles we use have a tail lift to offload your delivery on a pallet truck on to the curbside. Most of the vehicles we use are the size of a bin wagon. Please note that your delivery can come on an 18-tonne vehicle.

*WE DO NOT DELIVER WITH A CRANE OR HIAB*

If there are any restrictions gaining access to your property i.e width of the road, weight restrictions, stoned driveway please call us before you place your order so we can make other arrangements to get your turf to you. If you live on a new housing estate or are building a new home please can you email or ring with clear instructions of how to locate your property? We can not be held liable if an issue occurs and your turf cannot be delivered. If anything does arise and you have not informed us of the issue then a re-delivery charge will have to be made by you.

All of our deliveries are left at the delivery address without a signature and at the customers own risk. We can not be held responsible for any issues once the turf has been delivered.
